The Fujisancha ceremonial blend was created by Ando Tea Co. as an accessible matcha designed for enjoyment in both milk and water-based preparations. This blend brings together shade-grown tencha leaves from three renowned growing regions: Mie, Uji, and Kagoshima. Each contributes its own unique expression of terroir and craftsmanship.

Kagoshima, the source of our original organic matcha, provides a natural sweetness and depth. Mie, home to the leaves used in our A1 Pinnacle product, adds vibrancy and balance. Uji, Japan’s most historic tea-growing region, lends a refined aroma and roundness that complete the blend.
